How Our Clooz Issue Tracking System Works

  1. A user encounters a problem with the Clooz program, or has a question that is not resolved by reviewing the free training videos or User Guide.
  2. The users posts the question in an email and sends it to

  4. The ticket will remain open until the problem is resolved, or your question is answered.
